No. Each plan includes a set number of small edits per month — 3 on Starter, 5 on Growth, 12 on Premium. Larger changes, new pages, redesigns, and custom integrations are quoted separately so we can keep monthly pricing predictable.
Your managed website subscription ends. If you'd like to keep the site running on your own hosting, you can take advantage of our buyout option to transfer ownership. We don't believe in holding work hostage — the buyout exists to make ownership transfer fair and simple.
The website is included as part of your subscription, similar to how you don't "own" your hosting plan with any other provider. Full ownership transfer is available through the buyout option, which moves the design files, copy, and code into your name.
Twelve months minimum. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. The 12-month minimum lets us invest in custom design, setup, and ongoing improvements without losing money on early cancellations.
Small visual updates and section refreshes are included in your monthly edits. Full redesigns (rebuilding the entire site from scratch) are a separate quoted project — usually after 18–24 months when your business has evolved. We'll suggest one when it actually makes sense.
If you want to take the website with you (custom design files, copy, code), there's a one-time buyout fee that transfers full ownership. We'll quote it transparently — it's based on time invested and current plan tier. After buyout, the site is 100% yours to host wherever you like.
Monthly pricing lets you avoid the typical $3k–$10k upfront website bill while getting hosting, maintenance, support, updates, and ongoing improvements — all in one predictable plan. Most upfront-built websites get neglected within a year. Ours don't.
These plans are managed website subscriptions, not unlimited labor. Out-of-scope items include: full redesigns, ad management, large SEO campaigns, branding/logo design, copywriting-heavy projects, and complex integrations (custom CRMs, multi-step e-commerce, etc.). We quote those separately so you always know what you're paying for.
Most sites are live within 2–3 weeks of kickoff. We can move faster on tight deadlines if needed — just tell us during the intro call.
